From the first phone call, the interaction was nothing but professional, they listened and delivered. Idea options that we had never considered which gave us a great pool even better. From the digging, spraying, tiling & sign off, the process was smooth and fluid. Before we knew it, we were swimming in a pool that was better than we had imagined. Building our custom concrete Pool with Jeremy and the team at H20 Pools was straight forward, trouble free and a great experience. We first approached H20 with our own design and vision in mind that was well received and well and truly embraced. They provided us with great feedback and guidance to further enhance our ideas and executed them to the highest degree in every facet. Being in the construction industry ourselves, we were blown away by the professionalism and work ethic of the trades and in particular the fact they worked extremely long days through the holiday period to ensure we could enjoy our pool for the Summer. Which we certainly did and cannot wait to do so again this summer. We cannot fault our experience with H20 Pools and highly recommend them to those considering a fully custom concrete pool.

Jeremy and the team at H2O are honest, diligent and professional. When problems arose (as they do in every build) H2O dealt with them in a timely, professional manner. The Smallest of details were taken seriously and are apparent in the quality of the finished pool.
After build service has also been superb. Jeremy has gone above and beyond in helping me run the new system and deal with small teething problems.
